I believe that strong young women go on to do great things! So, I love meeting confident, beautiful seniors who are comfortable in their own skin. And being a senior photographer, I really love bringing out that confidence and inner beauty in each one. Maggie's senior shoot was held in the rain, but we didn’t let that stop us! Her parents helped coordinate three huge umbrellas as we set up each shot, and Maggie had a great attitude and big smile the whole time. We did this shoot in Morven Park, one of my favorite spots in Leesburg; it’s an absolutely gorgeous area, complete with over a thousand acres of historic land.
Maggie loves being active at her school (Loudoun County High School), and enjoys being manager of the football team, part of the National Honor Society, and tutoring children through the Big Raider, Little Raider program. She also previously was involved in horseback riding and softball. Besides all of this, she also holds a part time job at the clothier Banana Republic. In school, her interests veer towards math and science, and she loves biology and chemistry. “I’d say my friends would describe me as kind-hearted and funny”, she explains, “When I have free time, I love watching Netflix, hanging out with my friends, and traveling. I really look up to my dad, who has worked really hard to provide for his family...I cannot thank him enough for that, and he really inspires me.” After graduation, she plans to attend James Madison University and major in computer information systems, where her love of math and science will serve her well!
